The D-14 Dehydrator with Non-Stick Shelves from The Sausage Maker is equipped with 14 shelves for a total of over 36 square feet of drying space. A removable back panel, removable shelves and removable brackets all combine to make cleaning and routine maintenance procedures quick and painless. A new timer feature allows you to set your dehydrator for up to 99 hours of drying. The louvers on the door facilitate moisture removal, and the vertical location of the 2 rear mounted fans improve air circulation throughout the entire machine.
